We do not charge for estimates. However, with larger projects, like additions over approximately 1,000 sq ft or custom homes, a pre construction agreement will be necessary to give a more accurate and detailed proposal. This pre-construction agreement is dependent on the scale of the project.

Our team is experienced in building custom homes from the ground up to transforming existing spaces, from kitchens and baths to full house makeovers and additions. Freccia primarily specializes in residential and commercial projects. With a strong emphasis, Freccia delivers high-quality projects that meet the needs and preferences of its clients.

We do ask for a down payment at the time of signing the contract. As part of our agreement, we have a progressive payment schedule tied to critical milestones throughout your renovation project.

An emphatic YES! At FRECCIA GROUP we are a true Design and Build Construction Company, so we help clients with all aspects of the design process, which include architecture, interior design, engineering, material selection, to permitting and construction.

At Freccia Group, we handle the hassle of submitting and pulling permits for you. As we move through the process, we’ll keep you informed every step of the way. Plus, our expert team of designers and architects will provide the necessary plans to ensure a smooth permit submission process.

No one is required to be home while our team is working, as we install a lockbox at the beginning of construction. We also utilize BuilderTrend, your client portal software, which provides a construction schedule with live updates.

We have 2 levels of supervision. Your project manager is over the entire project, managing timelines and schedules. The superintendent oversees day-to-day operations. We use daily logs, photos, emails through the client portal and site visits to keep the homeowner in the loop on the project.

A start date is determined by completion of the pre-construction phase, which includes design, engineering, permits, and material selection. This can take anywhere from 3-6 months, depending on location, scope of work, etc. Once permits are approved by your local jurisdiction, we will consult with you about a construction start date.

After our initial walkthrough, we’ll provide you with an estimate and projected timeline. The duration of the project depends on several factors, such as the size of the build, scope of work, permits, and materials/finishes selected. Any changes or revisions along the way can also impact the timeline. You’ll be able to track progress and stay in the loop on the projected schedule through BuilderTrend, the client portal software.

While construction can be invasive, we try to mitigate the sound and debris as much as possible. However, it will be disruptive. Which is why we highly suggest moving out of the home temporarily during construction, if feasible.

You can expect some interruption in utilities, depending on the scope of work of your project. Your project manager will relay these expectations prior to any interruptions so that you can plan accordingly.

The project cost depends on various factors such as scope of work, scale of the project, location, topography, and materials and finishes selected. Our detailed proposals let you know exactly what is included in the scope of work and the cost.

We also recommend a 5-10% contingency budget on top of your initial estimated cost, which will cover unforeseen circumstances or elective upgrades. This will eliminate stress due to the project’s twists and turns.

At Freccia Group, we understand how important it is to keep you informed about your project’s progress. That’s why we use BuilderTrend, a safe platform where we store all project documentation. With this tool, you can monitor progress, manage change orders, share feedback, and communicate with your project manager & superintendent.

This is accomplished with a change order in BuilderTrend, to capture the cost for labor and materials for the proposed scope of work. We can provide options for any proposed changes, and do not start any work without your approval.

At Freccia Group, our process allows you to enjoy the build experience. We believe that most of the stress comes from uncertainty.  We work proactively to map out the entire process as early and as clearly as possible. This is accomplished through pre-construction planning and constant communication through BuilderTrend, your client portal.

We are happy to provide a discovery call to help determine the feasibility of the proposed project. Once you have closed on the home, we can schedule an onsite consultation and take a walkthrough of the areas you plan to renovate.

While we wish to make the most of our time together, there are too many variables in the house-buying process to ensure we can adequately serve you before you own the home. Therefore, the best course of action is to schedule the walkthrough afterward. We look forward to helping you make your new house a dream home.

Hello there!

We’re Waldemar and Rebekah! Born and raised in Texas, we’re here to help you with building or renovating your dream custom home, light commercial construction, build outs, and more.

Fueled by a shared passion for renovating distressed properties, we put our different construction backgrounds to good use by flipping houses. Our work (and profits!) caught the eye of interested neighbors, which led to us starting our construction company.
