Waldemar Severi

OWNER / MANAGING PARTNER

Waldemar, a native of Sugar Land, Texas, was introduced to the real estate and construction industry at a young age. Growing up with a real estate investor father and a property manager mother, Waldemar developed a foundational understanding of property investment and management.

In his professional life in Houston, Waldemar owned and operated three companies within the construction industry before partnering with Rebekah Severi. Together, they bring over 38 years of experience in designing, building, and real estate investment. Their shared expertise led to the founding of Freccia Group in 2016, where they have built a reputation for high-quality work and exceptional client satisfaction.

Word-of-mouth referrals have been instrumental in establishing Freccia Group’s strong community presence, a testament to Waldemar and Rebekah’s dedication to excellence and personalized service.

Rebekah Severi

OWNER / MANAGING PARTNER

Rebekah grew up immersed in the real estate and construction industry, gaining hands-on experience through her family’s business in South Texas.

With one parent working as a real estate investor and the other as a home flipper, Rebekah learned early the intricacies of property management, house flipping, and commercial retail development across the U.S. Together with her husband, Waldemar, she initially focused on flipping homes and managing Airbnb and rental properties, leveraging their combined expertise. However, as their work attracted community interest, the demand for their contracting services surged, evolving Freccia Group into a comprehensive general contracting firm.

Rebekah’s early exposure to construction, coupled with her entrepreneurial spirit, has been instrumental in shaping Freccia Group’s growth and reputation as a trusted full-service general contractor in the Texas market.

Josh Clements

OWNER / MANAGING PARTNER

Joshua brings a unique blend of expertise to Freccia Group, with a background in both residential construction and pharmaceutical sales. His early career in construction provided a solid foundation in building practices, client relations, and project management.

Later, in pharmaceutical sales, he honed skills in high-stakes negotiations and strategic business planning. This diverse experience enables Joshua to approach projects with a comprehensive perspective, combining technical knowledge and business acumen to drive effective project management and innovative problem-solving.

His balanced approach supports successful outcomes in construction and business development, adding value to every project he undertakes.

OWNER / MANAGING PARTNER

Jacqueline has a rich background in corporate marketing, with years of experience working alongside some of Austin’s most prominent companies. She has developed and implemented sophisticated marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand growth and visibility.

Jacqueline’s expertise includes crafting impactful campaigns, managing high-profile accounts, and analyzing market trends to refine brand positioning. Her deep understanding of consumer behavior and strategic insights into the market have driven substantial results, positioning brands competitively and effectively.

Jacqueline’s ability to leverage these skills to foster brand presence and achieve meaningful outcomes exemplifies her talent for delivering exceptional marketing solutions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Daniel Quezada

PROJECT MANAGER

Daniel is a seasoned architect and real estate developer with a rich, international background in the field. He studied architecture at Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City, Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, and Politecnico di Milano, enhancing his expertise with diverse perspectives.

He also holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development and Investment from the University of Greenwich in London, which has equipped him with a deep understanding of property markets and investment strategies. Daniel brings extensive experience in project management, along with a versatile skill set in architecture and real estate development, offering a comprehensive, well-rounded approach to each project.

Outside of his professional life, Daniel enjoys a variety of hobbies, including going to the movies, walking his dog, running, bowling, savoring hamburgers, and listening to live music, immersing himself in both the vibrant and relaxed sides of life.

Arhur Guzman

JR. PROJECT MANAGER

Arthur joined Freccia Group as a Superintendent in September 2023, bringing with him over 40 years of extensive experience in the construction industry, with a focus on residential multifamily homes. His expertise spans project planning, coordination, and execution, and he’s well-versed in utilizing Buildertrend software for streamlined project management.

Certified with OSHA 10, Arthur prioritizes safety on the job site, ensuring that each project meets the highest standards. His bilingual abilities enable him to communicate seamlessly with diverse subcontractor teams, keeping projects on schedule and within scope. Arthur’s dedication to quality and his practical experience make him an invaluable asset to the team.

Outside of work, he enjoys quality time with family, and pursuing personal passions such as welding, painting, kayaking, biking, and cheering on his favorite college football teams.

Luis Solis

SUPERINTENDENT

Luis serves as a Superintendent at Freccia Group, where he oversees daily project operations and fosters a safe, welcoming environment for homeowners. He brings a strategic approach to construction, drawing from his Business Management degree and Economics minor from the University of Houston.

With seven years of experience, Luis has managed high-production homes at CastleRock Communities and worked on custom million-dollar homes with his father’s construction company, gaining insight into both large-scale production and bespoke construction. His expertise in construction management and natural problem-solving skills allow him to tackle complex challenges, ensuring that each project is executed with precision and care.

Luis’s commitment to quality helps Freccia Group deliver harmonious, well-maintained communities that meet the highest standards of construction and homeowner satisfaction.

Tami Smith

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Tami joined Freccia Group as the Operations Manager in 2021, bringing a blend of dedication and organizational expertise that supports the company’s efficiency and growth.

A summa cum laude graduate of Angelo State University, Tami combines her academic rigor with practical experience in operations to manage Freccia Group’s day-to-day functions seamlessly. Known for her strong communication skills and commitment to detail, she plays a key role in fostering a collaborative work environment.

Outside of her professional life, Tami is a devoted wife to her husband, Kelly, and the proud mother of six daughters. She is an avid reader, a passionate Houston Texans fan, and enjoys giving back to her community through active involvement in her church. Tami’s balanced approach to life and work continues to inspire those around her, both at Freccia Group and beyond.

OPERATIONS ASSISTANT 

Rebecca joined Freccia Group in 2024 as an Operations Assistant, bringing over seven years of valuable experience in the construction industry. Currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, she is dedicated to deepening her expertise in operations management to contribute even more effectively to the team.

Born and raised in Austin, Rebecca has a personal connection to the city’s rapid growth and development, which inspires her passion for the construction sector. Known for her attention to detail and proactive approach, she plays a vital role in ensuring smooth operations across projects.

Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys quality time with her husband, children, and beloved dogs, as well as attending sporting events, dog shows, and family cookouts. She also loves crafting, making every moment outside of work fulfilling and balanced.

Maryiedth Malott

PURCHASING COORDINATOR

Maryiedth joined Freccia Group in August 2022 as a Purchasing Coordinator, where she manages procurement and supplier relationships to ensure seamless project operations.

A graduate of the University of North Texas with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Maryiedth brings expertise in material management, supplier negotiations, and order coordination. Her proactive approach and exceptional organizational skills help keep projects on schedule and within budget, playing a vital role in Freccia Group’s success. Maryiedth’s ability to foster strong relationships with key suppliers ensures the team has reliable access to essential resources, adding value to each project she undertakes.

Outside of her professional life, Maryiedth enjoys supporting her children’s sports activities and is an advocate for work-life balance, dedicating time to both her family and personal well-being.
