Your project manager is over the entire project, managing timelines and schedules. The superintendent oversees day-to-day operations. We use daily logs, photos, emails through the client portal and site visits to keep the homeowner in the loop on the project.
A start date is determined by completion of the pre-construction phase, which includes design, engineering, permits, and material selection. This can take anywhere from 3-6 months, depending on location, scope of work, etc. Once permits are approved by your local jurisdiction, we will consult with you about a construction start date.
